UPDATE: If you are experiencing issues on Pheedloop, please email keystoneofrecovery@gmail.com to request a list of direct Zoom access information for your fellowship's sessions specifically. With that you will have access to the sessions directly from Zoom or by phone-in using either the zoom link or the meeting id and password combo for the rooms sent to you.
From July 9th to 11th all sessions can be accessed in the virtual PheedLoop portal accessed here: https://pheedloop.com/keystoneofrecovery/virtual/
Upon logging in, sessions can be accessed by clicking on the "Sessions" section on the left navigation and then clicking on a live session. Sessions will go live a few minutes before their start time. The session's zoom meeting or webinar is embedded right in the portal. There should be no need to directly login to zoom to connect to a session.
Attendees must be registered to access convention sessions. Attendees are encouraged to login prior to the convention to verify access and make sure they can view the "Test Webinar". To login use the email address you registered with. Your password was included in a registration confirmation email with the subject "Thank You for Registering!" from no-reply@pheedloop.com. If you need to reset your password there is a "RESET PASSWORD" link just below the Login button on the login page.
